Chad has been taking care of my yard for years now. It is wonderful to always have a good looking yard! Every other Monday he sends me a text "Mowing tomorrow sir" and like clockwork he arrives the next morning to mow, edge, trim the hedge and blow off the driveway. In the last 4-5 years, I don't think he's ever missed his schedule. Even when the forecast is for rain, he text to say they will reschedule. His crew is always so polite and Chad is full of smiles. He's dependable and eager to help and leads his crew to act the same.
